  1. For the most common questions, we have Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) pages where we provide answers to the most frequently encountered and often easily solvable questions.
     
  2. On the support pages, you will find not only the FAQ but also useful instructional videos. To access these, you need to log in.
     
  3. The ShipLogic manual and any additional manuals specific to your organization can be downloaded from the Knowledge Base.
     
  4. Within your organization, one or more individuals are designated to assist you with ShipLogic-related questions. Only they are authorized to seek direct support from ShipLogic staff. Typically, these individuals are team leaders, functional administrators, application administrators, or designated key users. Feel free to present your questions to them. If they are unable to answer your question, they can reach out to ShipLogic staff for further assistance.
     
  5. If your question is not related to the use of a specific feature but involves reporting a clear malfunction, you can submit a notification by using the "Submit a Ticket" button at the top of the screen. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
